Rebranding as DIAGRAM8 INDUSTRIES

Effective 20 November 2025, the Romanian Chamber of Commerce formally approved the change of our corporate name to DIAGRAM8 INDUSTRIES and the alignment of our registered business activity classifications to reflect our industrial focus.

This is more than a formal update. It is a deliberate strategic move by the management team to position DIAGRAM8 as a broader industrial platform, with a reinforced focus on the development, production and integration of advanced defence solutions. By aligning our legal profile with our operational reality, we strengthen our credibility with institutional and industrial partners, enhance our ability to execute complex programmes, and create greater long-term value across our ecosystem.
