In Q1 2025, DIAGRAM8 initiated two strategic management consulting agreements in the ammunition sector - one with a Bulgarian state-owned enterprise and another with a Turkish state-owned manufacturer. This marks a significant operational upgrade compared to the previous framework in Romania, as it exponentially enhances the company’s ability to prioritize client supply needs by leveraging the substantial production capacities of both Bulgaria and Turkey. The shift also provides increased resilience in procurement channels, improved cost-efficiency, and stronger alignment with NATO-compliant manufacturing standards.
